Activities Each Month
We typically have 3 activities each month. A general membership meeting on the second Wednesday of each month; an activitiy which usually involves a cruise somewhere to a car show or a cruise to a noteworthy location and a meal; and we have a Corvette breakfast usually on the fourth Saturday of each month. Please click on the "Club Activities" page of the website for updates of activities of the Club.

Christmas Party - 2005
Our annual Christmas Party is scheduled for Saturday, December 17, 2005, at the Country Club of Culpeper. As you recall, that is the same location in which we had our last two Christmas Parties. The food and service was great. We will have a gift exchange and other fun activities.

Annual Election of Club Officers
At the Club's General Membership Meeting held on November 8, 2006, the following members were elected, as officers, to the Board of Directors, as follows: Bill Sterling - NCCC Governor; Sue Christenson - Secretary; Chuck Jachim - Treasurer; Paul Jolley - Vice President; and Bob Witt - President. Hank Smith served as the first President of the Club, since it's inception until he retired as President on December 9, 2006, but continues as a member of the board of directors as the "Past President.". The installation of the current officers took place at our Club's Christmas party, on December 9, 2006, at the Culpeper Country Club.

Operating Committees
We have had several operating committees during 2004 and 2005. We consider from time to time what committees that we may need.

General Membership Meetings
On Feb. 12, 2004, members present at our General Membership meeting voted to conduct future General Membership meetings at the Veterans of Foreign Wars (VFW) location in Culpeper. This was discussed previously at the January General Membership meeting, with notice given that we would vote on the location for future meetings at the Feb. 12th meeting. Previously the Board concluded that the VFW offered the best security for our cars and provided more flexibility for additional activities in the future.

Please Bring Original Activity Ideas to our Next General Membership Meeting
Please bring original activity ideas to our next General Membership Meeting. We strive to plan activities in which you will enjoy. We may want to have a short cruise planned on a particular day of every month. That way you can plan in advance, even months from now, for a nice Corvette cruise somewhere.

Thank you !

Bob Witt, President
